Delete your Haiura account

Haiura lets you delete your account in the app, and you can ask for the same thing from this page if you cannot sign in.

In the app

1. Open Haiura and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Read the warnings, tick the acknowledgements, and type DELETE.
4. Confirm. Haiura cancels an active subscription, removes your posts, messages and verification documents, and signs you out.

If you cannot open the app

Email haiura111@gmail.com from the email address on the account. Use the subject Account deletion request. Include the phone number on the account only if you did not sign up with email. Do not send an Aadhaar number, PAN, bank account number, or a photo of an identity document.

We will close the account and reply when it is done. A request from someone else needs proof that they act for the account holder.

What is removed

• Your profile, posts, comments, likes and direct messages.
• Verification documents in the private verifications store, and saved identity or bank details.
• The login itself. You cannot sign in again with that account.

What is kept

• Orders, invoices and payment records that tax and refund rules require. Shipping details on finished orders are replaced with a redaction notice.
• If you sold something, an anonymised seller row stays so those orders remain valid. The name on it is “Former Seller”, and the contact details are cleared.
